Ashish Patel is the Director of Operations for Four Points by Sheraton , Staybridge Suites by IHG La Quinta by Wyndham, Radisson by Choice, and DoubleTree by Hilton, bringing over 10 years of experience in multi-property hotel management and operational leadership. He specializes in driving operational excellence, optimizing performance, and delivering consistent guest satisfaction across diverse hospitality brands.

In his role, Ashish oversees all aspects of property operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and overall guest experience. He is recognized for implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and leading high-performing teams to achieve operational efficiency, brand compliance, and revenue growth.

CRAIG CHATTMON

Craig Chattmon’s hospitality career spans nearly three decades. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Craig was introduced to the industry at an early age through his mother, who served as an Executive Sales Manager for Marriott Hotels. Inspired by her career and driven by his own passion for service, Craig pursued extensive training and development, steadily earning his place as a respected leader in hospitality.

Over the course of 29 years, Craig has worked with and managed properties across all major hotel brands, consistently delivering exceptional results. Under his leadership, hotels have received outstanding guest satisfaction scores and brand recognition, including the prestigious 2014 Torchbearer Award from IHG.

Beyond his professional achievements, Craig enjoys traveling with his family and actively participating in community events. Committed to growth and excellence, his vision is to continue building and advancing in hospitality in ways that extend beyond the traditional operator’s role.

Robert S Beale

Robert S Beale the One and Only Operational Manager/Assistant GM at the Elkhart Staybridge Suites North for the last 16 years. I started out my career and passion at the property level as a Night Auditor. Interacting with guests and making them feel happy and appreciated is my nitch. I have been growing with the company and so has my heart, and I just have been loving the hotel business ever since.

I was born in the valley of Roanoke,Virginia. Graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School. Study computer programming and business in college. I also love playing Chess, viewing Art &Music and playing Video Games in my spare time. I have worn many hats in my lifetime. From food services at the age of 14 to managing Subway restaurants to managing hotels. Great communication skills and hard working dedicated individual,who is ready for the challenge. Remember to also smile with your heart.
